Refund policy

Return Policy: We understand that sometimes you receive a product and you don't like the color or something else about the product. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - all products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it it is in unused, new condition with the original packaging. If you do want to return a product, please contact us at rp@waterdog.online and we will let you know how to proceed.

Lifetime Guarantee: We understand that things can, and do, go wrong. If you have have any problems with your gear due to material defects or workmanship, we will repair or replace for free. 

Only original, unaltered items are covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, damage caused by accidents, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Small nicks to the soft, outer coating can occur under normal use and are not covered under warranty. Our gear is not chew proof.
